I still can not believe how many ways there are to “dress up” a can of biscuits. This was another family winner and it was simple enough you could even let the kids help. The loaf browned beautifully and fell right out of the pan so it would be incredibly easy to plate this to take to a dinner party or to dress up your table. No knife required as you just pull off the layers and enjoy.

Canned Biscuit Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread
  • 1 can Flakey Biscuits 8 count
  • 4 Tbsp melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Cheddar Cheese
  1. Pre-heat over according to biscuit packaging
  2. Split the biscuits in half like hamburger buns
  3. Mix all dry seasoning with melted butter
  4. Lay 1 biscuit disc on a plate and brush with butter mixture
  5. If using cheese layer cheese on top (I did about a tsp of shredded cheddar but the amount and cheese type is up to you)
  6. Layer on another biscuit disc on top and brush with butter mixture
  7. Repeat step 5 and 6 forming a tower
  8. Grease a bread loaf pan
  9. Carefully grab the tower of biscuits and lay lengthwise in the middle of the bread pan
  10. Use the remaining butter mixture to coat the end caps and pour over the top and sides (having all biscuit dough coated with butter will keep it from sticking to the pan)
  11. Optional: Add more cheese on top
  12. Bake roughly 30 minutes. I suggest checking every 10 minutes or so to prevent the top from burning. You may need to cover it with tinfoil at the end to allow the center dough to fully cook without burning the top of the loaf.
  13. Remove from bread pan and serve!
